1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern your use of back2basics.in and any purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Products All products are made using natural ingredients and traditional methods. Product images are for reference only; minor variations in colour, texture, or packaging may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
3. Pricing All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Your order will be billed at the price shown at the time of purchase.
4. Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking through our secure payment gateway (EaseBuzz). We do not store payment information on our servers.
5. Delivery We deliver across Delhi NCR. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to operational or logistical factors. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
6. Fresh & Perishable Products Products such as A2 Milk and Fresh White Butter are perishable. Please store them as directed upon receipt. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by improper storage after delivery.
7. Subscription Orders Milk subscriptions are managed through the MilkMaster platform. Pausing, modifying, or cancelling subscriptions must be done through your MilkMaster account. Prepaid subscription amounts are non-refundable except in cases of service discontinuation by us.
8. Cancellations & Refunds Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After dispatch, cancellations are not accepted. For quality issues, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Perishable items cannot be returned.
9. Gifting Hampers Gifting hampers are made to order. Customisation requests must be communicated at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
10. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Back2Basics and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability Back2Basics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website beyond the value of the order in question.
12. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
